Further, I represent that any consumer whose actual property is depicted in any photographs submitted hereunder has provided me an unfettered, unrestricted, perpetual license to use said photographs without remuneration and that any such photographs, drawings, designs, documents or other material submitted hereunder is not the intellectual property of another. Upon Submission, Wellborn will retain exclusive rights to use all photography for any purpose, including, but not limited to, printed materials, ads, web sites, Design Gallery or editorial placement, all at Wellborn’s sole and absolute discretion, in perpetuity. Wellborn also may, at its sole and absolute discretion, permit the Designer and any Wellborn Dealer to use such photography for printed materials, ads, web sites, editorial placement, and the like, but only after written authorization from Wellborn. I agree to indemnify, defend and hold Wellborn Cabinet, Inc., harmless from any and all claims arising out of or related in any way to this competition submission form, the representations made herein, my participation in this competition and/or the content of my design submission (drawings, designs, documents or other items, whether electronic or otherwise).
